During this job we built a 120 meter long plastic technological pipeline in d110, d90, d75, d63, d50 and d40 sizes. When the pipeline needed to change direction, we used glueable ABS plastic profiles. We established the connection between the pipeline and the profiles with glue, while adhering to the strict technological requirements. We installed shut-off valves, ball valves, pressure gauges and controllers in the pipeline.

Manufacturing the base frames for the pumps and water filters was also a vital part of this job. This was done with 1.4301 quality stainless steel.

The frames were welded with AWI technology. We installed the pump and water filter onto the finished base frames, then welded them to the concrete base with glueable screws. After adjusting and leveling the pump and water filter, we connected them to the pipeline and installed the whole system.

While we were there we also did some pipefitting and other maintenance jobs, which we solved with scissor- and arm lifts, at the height of 15 meters. During the maintenance, we replaced a cooling tower ventilator that weighed 120 kg.
